Bruce Stewart's Auto Repair Centre

My family has had Bruce Stewart's as our mechanic almost since they opened. It was funny as my father discovered them because my parents phone number was so similar to theirs. Before that he had tried many mechanics over many years.

Trustworthy, thorough, knowledgeable, honest, good communicators, fairly priced, good estimators and most of all reliable and great work. They go the extra mile so to speak. How many businesses can one say that about consistently over 15+ years?

They were first late Dad's mechanic. Later, they also became my brother's and my mom's mechanic. When I came back from Cincinnati, USA in 2003 and my car warranty ended I went to them and I of course have never have left.

It is great to have a family run service for our family in this day and age. Bruce, LeAnne and their team are the best of both worlds: a mom & pop shop with the highest level of expertise and professionalism.

I'm a new customer to this shop, and am so happy with the service I received! Was referred by a good friend who is a long-time customer, and I will definitely be a returning customer. They took the time to explain the repairs my vehicle required, and helped me to rank the repairs into priority order. They repaired 3 different parts of my suspension, and I am amazed by the difference in how my vehicle handles. Other positive aspects of this shop are that a mechanic will take a road test with the customer to accurately pinpoint the noise/cause of the issue prior to the inspection/repair. They offer a courtesy car if you need one, and their hours are awesome - open til 6 pm means that I don't have to leave work early to pick up my car. A+++

This shop continues to exceed my expectations. They truly take care of you and your car and aren't just out for your money...I've never met such honest mechanics. Things are explained to me clearly and they're not afraid to take me to the back to show me exactly whats being done. They are creative in solving problems and I always feel like keeping my invoice low is a priority. Everyone goes above and beyond...I will be coming here for years to come! Bruce Stewart's has this wholesome old-school vibe in a modern, professional space. I drive their old-timey courtesy vehicles around with pride!

First time going to this shop good google reviews led me here. Took a Honda in for a B1 service, here is the results of my bill and my thoughts. Oil change and 24 point visual inspection 59.95$ fair price. But the invoice does not state what was checked or the results of those checks. oil filter 21.69$ fair price, 0W20S oil 43.56 fair price for Synthetic. Washer fluid top up 1.78$ fair price but most places I've gone to before this is included in the service. Antifreeze top up 6.95$ fair price but the reservoir is quite a bit over filled. I also asked about replacing the locking lug nuts with regular ones the person was not sure of the price so i asked for a call when he was, there was no call they just changed them. And 3.00$ for shop supplies this is the first time I've had an invoice with honest shop supplies.

I was driving within two days! It was fast! The price was reasonable. Les was very respectful and told me facts and the truth. After I had just been ripped off by another mechanic and was left on the side of the road, this place was amazing and got me back on the road. I appreciate it and will be back for whatever I can afford! Thanks again for the awesome service!
