Steve was very professional & responsive to our call and helped us troubleshoot the problem over the phone in minutes which saved us time and significant cost as we were able to resolve the issue without needing a service call. Our overall experience with Phoenix fence products and their support team has been very positive over the long term, long after the original sale.
