(April 20, 2022, 5:32 pm)It was ok. The parts dept should smile more and lighten up. Have a little fun with the customer and see his side of the problem. After all, he wouldn't be at your parts dept if everything was fine!! Some are just needing a bit of your years of knowledge and experience to help solve a problem with thier Kubota equipment. Maybe pretending you're happy they came in would go a long way to customer satisfaction of service.

He took the time to make sure everything went smoothly and was focused on customer satisfaction, right from delivery to operating the machine. I am completely satisfied with the machine and excited to get digging.
