(March 1, 2022, 12:01 am)I have been enjoying CrossFit for over a decade, and have had the privilege to train in boxes around the world... even some of the most famous ones and with all that - Mike the owner here still found a way to take the community and customer service to a new level. I had left a brief online message on the site, and would have been happy with an email, hoping not to see an automated one.. and wow Mike called me! Invited me over and the workout, atmosphere, and culture lived up to his leadership example! I highly recommend this box.

(February 17, 2022, 5:27 pm)I was looking for a new gym in the fall and started with some drop ins. Mike is very welcoming and an amazing coach. I've learned a ton from him. The programming is fun and challenging and Mike is great at setting up appropriate modifications. Hands down the cleanest gym I've ever been too! Super happy to be a part of the FNA community!!

Mike is very motivating, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping his members improve in any area they need. I love how welcoming the atmosphere is. All the members are really encouraging regardless of your experience or ability. Mike values community and it's very apparent from the first time I walked into the gym. He caters to any goal you have, whether it's losing weight, gaining strength, competing or just becoming healthier for every day life. As a runner, I feel that CrossFit has broadened my fitness level and been a great asset to improving my running as well as preventing injury. Highly recommend!

(December 31, 2021, 3:40 am)I did a few drop-in classes here while I was visiting Edmonton. 100% recommend - very clean and spacious with good quality equipment. The coach (Mike) was super friendly and definitely knew what he was doing.
