  Amazing staff. So very friendly and professional. I'm always greeted with a hello and enjoy your workout! My personal trainers (Chris and Tessa) are brilliant when it comes to building a workout routine that works for me and encourage me to push myself. Thanks!

  I have been a member at this gym for close to 10 years. The staff is friendly and the trainers are open to question.
  
  The space and equipment at this gym is fantastic for all styles of training. With the ample room you’re never working out too close to another member. Machines that break down are fixed quickly. Highly recommend this gym!

  Tamera the manger here is awesome. She started out has my trainer. How Tessa has taken me on, and I think she is great. She has help me lose weight, feel better and is just great to be around. Tessa always seems to know what workouts, work best for me and my body. Thanks ladies

  I had Tim Lo as my personal trainer and he’s great. Very knowledgeable about how the body works and making sure my form is good when I’m lifting weights. He’s super friendly and I would highly recommend him!!! The gym itself is super clean and the staff are very friendly and always there to help. Great place to workout, and never have to worry about waiting on machines to use, there’s plenty to choose from!!!
