(September 22, 2021, 10:25 pm)Great location that is very accommodating for pets. We've lived here for two years and maintenance visits are quick and painless. They also just got Telus fibre installed and I'm using Gigabit internet now which is great. Would highly recommend.

(March 25, 2021, 7:03 pm)I have made Brookside Terrace my home for almost 6 years. It is a nice property. My children have enjoyed the nice green spaces to play. We recently moved from a 3 bedroom to 4 bedroom townhouse and the transfer went very well. Thank you to Kim for making that happen for us. The management and maintenance teams do a great job being prompt in responding to issues that come up.

The apartments are clean and affordable, and the maintenance team is prompt to fix problems. The management is exceptional, especially Kim, who is professional, respectful, and very friendly. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe and secure place to call home, particularly If you have children.
