Dan was always available to answer the phone with any questions or concerns we had and didn't pressure or rush us while we decided when the time was right for us to list. He kept us informed of all progress even after the deal was done before move out day. If you're looking for a realtor don't hesitate to hit his team up!

As the son of a realtor, I know I held Dan to a high standard...he exceeded it!
Just before Easter, we met with Dan to start planning our move. Shortly after, we found our dream home and our late night offer was accepted. After a blitz to get our current home ready, we listed and had an offer in only 6 days!
Dan kept pace with our rushed timeline to sell and was instrumental in making sure none of the details were overlooked.
Thank you for your attentiveness, your passion and your humour though this crazy and exciting chapter!

(February 16, 2021, 4:44 pm)I can't say enough on how helpful Dan was when we were looking for a home to down-size to and retire in. One phone call was all it took for him to get back to us and come up with a strategy to begin a search. A short time later, he picked us up and showed us all the possibilities in the neighborhoods we wanted with the specifications. Seeing as how we wanted a newer bungalow, in possibly a gated age-restricted community with pets and our daughter, it narrowed the possibilities, but he was up to the challenge.
Subsequent calls had Dan available on the ready as well, taking calls at any hour. He was pleasant, patient, courteous, professional, and worked on client's behalf for best deal and value. Good sense of humor too.
Very happy with his work. Thanks, Dan.
