This branch and stuff the best i ever seen, they never let you out unhappy, and not for last the manager deserves 10 starts he's the best.
Absolutely love this place. We're from 2.5-3 hours away (Lethbridge). We come to Calgary for meetings every other week, and I'm always needing to cash my travel. These guys are so friendly and polite!!! That's the ONLY Scotia bank I'll go to in Calgary. The customer service representative named Gloria is just wonderful!!! Makes me smile every time.

Really helpful customer service. It was not me personally but I witnessed another customer trying to fix a problem with their debit card. She had limited English speaking abilities but the teller was very kind and patient and resolved the issue.
