  I came in to ATB Walden today to set up an account and get organized with my financial situation. Shelby went ABOVE and BEYOND. She helped me like I’ve never been helped before! I left the bank feeling excited about my financial future. She truly listens and doesn’t judge anyone. I would HIGHLY recommend Shelby. Thanks again ATB

  I went to other branches to try and open a stupidly complicated in-trust account for my injured Mom and long story short they screwed it up and wasted a bunch of my family's time. I came into the Walden location and it felt like how banks should actually function! There is no apathy on property!! Christine helped me set up my account properly and read my legal paper work without acting weird and judgmental because I'm young.
  
  There was a glitch where I couldn't see the money in the online banking but had access to it and Christine called the ATB help line and waited on hold for like 30mins to help me figure out the problem. She even refused to take no for a answer and pushed the helpline people to legitimately fix the problem and not "call me back". It turned out the helpline people had to hit a button in a computer program in order for my glitchy account to actually function normally, there is no way in hell I could've got them to do that on my own. Christine gives off the impression she has been in banking long enough to know different life situations exist, and she knows what legal and banking hoops to jump through in order to help you and your family as quickly as possible. When I go to other banks and other locations I feel like a guinea pig that someone gets to learn from and makes mistakes on setting up my account because it's their first time encountering a intrust account. When I come here I feel sincerely safe and trust what they say, because their professionalism is emulated in their work. GO HERE!!!!
