(May 2, 2019, 2:25 am)Awesome studio! I have been practicing at this studio regularly for over 5 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Friendly staff and instructors. Classes are always fun and diversified. Instructors are attentive to individual levels and always providing good cues and tips for new and experienced Yogi's. Studio is clean and we'll circulated. It's hot, but that's what's up!

(February 12, 2018, 8:32 pm)They are so awesome here, i loved their classes. They do get full really fast though. For the price you wouldn't expect them to cram that many people into one room but on the other hand, it's nice that they don't turn as many people away because it's too full. You will probably have to park at least a block or two away.

By far the best yoga studio in Calgary and honestly probably one of the best yoga studio I have been to both in Canada and US. Whether you are looking for a high tempo flow class, a challenging power class, a good stable Bikram or a more relaxing yin, this is the place.
