(September 2, 2021, 2:15 pm)I love this gym! I have been really out of shape since COVID, so I was really worried about starting a new gym, but the trainer gave me a lot of tips on how I could manage workouts at my own pace. There was no pressure for me to do anything I couldn't manage.

(September 22, 2020, 9:56 pm)Spacious and clean gym. Staff is really organized and keep the classes highly motivated. Start crossfit can be challenge (and overwhelming) but for sure worth it in a place that has strong foundation and a very supportive team .
