She has an incredible knowledge and versatility of reaching a muscle through different pathways.
She continues to astonish me.
My goals for Pilates was not about getting a better body, however, I have one now.
I actually have a herniated disk and the surgeon who refused me surgery told me that I need to get a strong core .
Shaeleen actually cares about me and the health of my body.. that's huge for me as I have been to other Pilates Studios that took me through exercises but there was a disconnect to me and my body..
I am stronger, and I can physically see differences in my body structure .
Shaeleen is responsible for getting my body in better alignment and feeling better then it has in the last 5 years (since my car accident).... for this I am very grateful.

Shalene was amazing and helped me discover my new found love for Pilates. I would recommend Evolve Pilates to anyone who is up for a new refreshing way to challenging yourself!
