These classes have significantly improved my muscle strength. An added bonus at Barre West is the instructors and attendees are all so friendly and truly barre babes.

(June 13, 2019, 3:53 pm)Barre West is my favourite barre studio in the city! I feel welcomed as soon as I walk through the front doors all the up until I leave - everyone is so friendly! All of the instructors are amazing and knowledgable, every class I go to is the best class. They also do fun little pop ups hosting other local vendors/small businesses throughout the year which really brings a sense of community to the studio. I would recommend Barre West to anyone that hasn't tried barre before and to those that have!

They also always have fun events, pop-ups and surprises in-studio which makes things fun and foster community. Having taken a variety of studio style classes over the years, Barre West is my go-to favorite!

(June 11, 2019, 3:19 pm)Joining Barre West is one of the best things I’ve done in a long time. I’m 5 months in and I love it! Each instructor has their own style and offers different challenges. You can pick your favourite or mix it up. They are all fantastic.

(June 5, 2019, 2:50 am)I love everything about this studio! There is such a variation in classes and everyone is so warm and welcoming. Each instructor brings their own uniqueness to their class. I have completely toned up in only one month! I would recommend this barre studio to anyone.
