We had the pleasure of working with Justine Nguyen as our real estate agent, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. She is efficient and organized and knowledgable, and has a wonderfully kind, genuine, and personable demeanour. Justine continually surpassed our expectations of a realtor. She worked so closely and promptly with us, it was as if were her only clients (even though we knew she was working with many others!). She would answer our texts and phone calls immediately and provide timely and accurate information. Beyond that, she read our needs seamlessly and had an immediate and intuitive grasp of what we were looking for in our dream home. When the home inspection on a house we had initially placed an offer on revealed some less favourable aspects, Justine called us and -as if she read our minds- acknowledged that it may not be the house for us, and already had another listing in mind. She found the property a few hours after being listed, and it ultimately became the house we decided to purchase! As we knew we had a unique ask in what we wanted, we were weary that we would be able to find the home for us. When we first met Justine, we voiced our concerns, and she assured us with confidence that she would find us the perfect home for us within our timeline, and she delivered. Lastly, she had the sweetest and most thoughtful gift for us on possession day. Along with a gift basket, she ordered a custom framed print of our fur baby, Leo. It was an incredible final touch on the great work she had provided throughout. Thank you Justine, we hope to work with you one day again! :)
