We have had the unfortunate experiences to deal with numerous real estate professionals that did not act that way. Savannah was open to hear about some our past experiences and truly focused on what was important to us. She did a great job for us.
Savannah listened to us, asked relevant questions, and when we asked her for suggestions, they were always on point. She worked with us on our timeline and trusted in us when we suggested we move forward without virtual staging for our empty house. Our house is sold in a day and a half from being listed. But that isn't what was most important. What was most important is that she was honest, and she stood up for us during the transactions. She was timely in her communications both us and the buyer's agent. She remained available for questions and the condition releases that we had until the transaction was complete 45 days later. And she followed up with us afterwards, meeting with us. Thank you Savannah!
After having numerous unethical and disappointing interactions with many real estate professionals, I would strongly recommend Savannah to anybody within my family. Her knowledge, how she treats people, and her relationship building are what I think all real estate professionals should have as skill sets. Savannah will be our only call should we sell our current home in the future. We have also referred a close friend. -

She made sure we were able to see the properties we liked within the first 24 hours so we didn’t miss them. When it came to putting in an offer she was awesome in ensuring that we got the price we were hoping for. Would recommend her for anyone selling or buying a home !

Savannah had home suggestions for us every day and always had our needs and wants for a home in mind. Savannah was always willing to meet with us for viewing on short notice, which was incredibly important and meaningful to us due to the quick nature of the market at the time.
I recommend Savannah to anyone looking for a realtor that puts your interests and needs first.
