The staff here are knowledgeable, professional and courteous to a fault. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. La-Z-boy has set a new standard for any of the retail establishments that I have utilized. I highly recommend them.

Mark took the time to go through all of the options to find the best sectional for our space, a space which we had been told couldn't fit a sectional by multiple other salespeople at multiple other retailers. Mark was also the perfect balance of helpful without being pushy. I never felt like we were being pushed into making a purchase. If you're looking for help, ask for Mark!

They greet you at the door and let you know that they are there if you have any questions. We were just browsing at the moment and never felt intimidated, rushed or pressured into anything. Just easy going staff who are very knowledgeable with product knowledge. Great selection and pricing is on point with the quality of La-Z-Boy products.
