For the most part the experience was a good one, but at the end they spring the "mattress protector" on you, and I was not prepared, but I bought it. It was super expensive, and it is utter garbage. I had to take it off after a couple of weeks because it was so slippery. I should have bought the name brand one to match my bed elsewhere. These guys seem to upsell their own house brand here. Beds...good. Mattress protector...no.

(April 30, 2019, 3:14 am)Didn't buy a mattress yet, but had a great experience with Dexter as the sales associate. He wasn't pushy at all and showed us everything we wanted to see. I would definitely come back to buy from here because of the service alone.

(April 5, 2019, 11:10 pm)Not really sure why there are such bad reviews for this location, but I have shopped here many times over the past few months looking for a new bed. Initially apprehensive to spend so much on a new bed, I spent a lot of time window shopping at this location many times and asking multiple questions on a range of beds. Every time I came in, there was always a friendly and knowledgeable sales person to support my interrogation of questions with no pressure or sales agenda. I ended up buying the most comfortable bed with no regrets; likewise, I ended up having one of the best shopping experiences here with the sales staff. Five star service for this location’s sales personnel.
