  To cut the long story short:
  1. Boiler stopped working.
  2. Called 3 guys.
  3. Did not get an appointment with Knight Plumbing.
  5. Got an appointment with another one.
  6. Number 5 ???? didn't show up
  7. Surprisingly, Sean from Number 3 did????
  8. Although boiler re-started on its own last night, Sean thoroughly checked the issues and did his thing.
  9. Nice work, nice smile, nice guy.
  10. What more can I ask for?????????

  Andrew was great. Very informative. Upfront pricing so no surprises. I called a couple of places they were the quickest to respond and get the job done. Highly recommend! Actually the job came out less expensive than quoted. Will use again.

  I had an issue with our furnace not operating. I called Knight Plumbing and left my name and phone number. With a few minutes, a technician named Sean called me back. I explained the issue that I was having with a possible electric surge. Sean walked me through some trouble shooting steps and was able to restore operation of the furnace. There was no charge. Sean was very professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend this company. I will certainly use them in the future.

  Service provided by Sean B was first rate. Called on Sunday of the family long weekend--He responded to our call within minutes of us talking with your dispatch office.Sean is very personable, listens to client concern(s), offers short and long term solutions to the issues raised. Heat to our home was restored very quickly. Your company has received stellar reviews from our family. We have additional work that needs to be done and will definitely be making follow up appointments to have the work completed. Thank you Sean B

  David G was a great help! He had a very busy day and came at bed time for my little guys. He was polite and as quiet as possible while I put them to bed. He did clean, fast and quality work and made sure I knew exactly what to do if anything else were to happen (how to check the pilot light to see if I could get it on and the spot welds for leaks). I would recommend these guys to anyone and I truly understand why I see their trucks in my neighbourhood so much!
