  Exceptional work. We took our Audi Q5 in [Glacier Metallic White - or GLETSCHERWEISS PRL as we learned it’s called in German through our written estimate from MB Autoworks- whereas another high end body shop thought it was (incorrectly) flat IBIS white].
  
  We did our due diligence and checked other repair facilities extensively prior to but MB positively stood right out in comparison with front end service, knowing the vehicle well and communication of the process.
  
  Our entire bumper, grille, a headlight, fender, headlight washer plus required replacement. My daughter had driven into a hitch at an angle- they even went through the damages with her directly as a young driver to understand the risks of driving that AMA Drivers Ed and we parents couldn’t have explained better. Thankfully only the vehicle was hurt:)
  
  Tong (aka TC) gave us an accurate timeline for completion- even with the wait for a proper and thorough assessment of potential hidden damages, dealership scans, Xpel film replacement, Christmas holidays and waiting for parts.
  
  TC also had a rental arranged expeditiously (we had the keys to a comparable vehicle within 15 mins of him making the call to Enterprise), ensured we were always posted on progress and status via phone/email/text, ensured the vehicle was returned clean and met the estimated schedule.
  
  Ed the manager worked closely with us when we met them for an estimate and again during the release of the vehicle at closing time to ensure we were satisfied and to also go over the extensive and impressive warranty of the work.
  
  Lindsay in the office greeted us with her friendly service at drop off and pick up - with her nice pens that somehow eased the pain of filling out collision paperwork. :)
  
  Darlene made sure I was not personally at risk with exceeding insurance rental coverage upon completion by coordinating vehicle pick up and rental return with me with my busy work day.
  
  While I hope to never have to take our Q5 in again - if I need to this will be our only choice having dealt with other repair facilities in the past with other vehicles.
  
  This Mercedes certified repair facility is “our personal Audi certified repair facility”.
  
  Metallic paint with clear coat cannot be trusted to just anyone. Phenomenal results.
  
  The repaired paint work does not look like a repair (pro eyes have seen it since too)- ULTIMATE GOAL ACHIEVED.

  I would not hesitate to recommend Distinctive Auto Works.
  
  My 2015 ML350 went in for some body damage to the right front quarter-panel and passenger door a couple months ago. The work completed was very good.
  
  Communication between myself, DAW (Tong) and my insurance company was very good.
  
  While it's true, the time to complete the repairs took a week and a half longer than quoted, a part had to come from Germany. Life happens.
  
  A few days after picking my ML up, I noticed the front passenger door handle wasn't working. I called Tong and he told me to stop by anytime and they'd adjust it on the spot - which they did.
  
  I'm very happy with everything. The staff were very courteous, and the work was completed to satisfaction.
