  I just bought a new SQ5 at AUDI Royal Oak with the help of Vince Tran and fully enjoyed the experience. A big thanks to Vince and the rest of the Team! Vince was quite friendly, patient and knowledgeable during the inquiry stage and I appreciated his ‘no pressure’ attitude. Vince was also very helpful in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for in the pre-ordered list allowing us to get it very quickly. I love and am proud to be an Audi owner.   I was recently in the market for a new vehicle and there are some great products to choose from. Cory from Audi Royal Oak really listened to what was important to us and showed us models that fit our needs. Cory was professional and very knowledgeable and accommodated our multitude of questions and provided us the ability for some lengthy test drives. Buying a luxury vehicle is a significant investment and we really appreciated Cory's patience and willingness to listen to our needs. The Q5 is an exceptional vehicle, however in the end we chose another brand. Cory had the professionalism to express his appreciation when we let him know that we decided on another product. Thank-you Cory for making our vehicle evaluation a positive experience!

  Very pleasant buying experience. Our sales rep, Malcolm was very knowledgeable about the different ways to spec our vehicle. I could tell he was more concerned with finding us a vehicle with the right type of option package to fit our needs rather than pushing the more expensive, top of the line model. He was also very patient throughout the process and addressed all of our inquiries and questions.
  
  Jody was excellent in helping us make sure we secured the proper documentation before taking delivery. She outlined the various warranty and maintenance packages available, without ever being pushy in selling an additional warranty package.
  
  Adam went over the vehicle thoroughly, but very efficiently at time of delivery. He made a point of letting us know that even though we've now completed the purchasing process, our relationship with Audi Royal Oak and its wonderful staff is just beginning. He made sure we knew that we can come in or call anytime if we have any questions or concerns with the vehicle.
  
  I'm very happy we chose to purchase from Audi Royal Oak, and would definitely consider them first when contemplating another purchase.

  I just bought a new Audi at Royal Oak Audi and fully enjoyed the experience. A big thanks to Alex, Adam and the rest of the Team! Alex was quite friendly, patient and knowledgeable during the inquiry stage and I appreciated his ‘no pressure’ attitude. Adam was also helpful explaining all the features the car has when I took ownership. ( he’s s good teacher!). I love and am proud to be an Audi owner.   Phenomenal service at this place! I have to give a big thanks and shout out to Scott Barker and his Service Department team at Audi Royal Oak. This was my first service experience with an Audi vehicle. When I came in, I had issues with alignment and steering in my 2013 A4. Scott worked closely with me to find the right solution for my vehicle. Everything was resolved, and my vehicle now drives like new. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly he was able to schedule me in as a walk-in. Also of note, Scott had a professional yet down-to-earth demeanor throughout our interactions which I appreciated.
  
  At the time I was limited in my mobility with a broken ankle and crutches, and Scott made sure that Shuttle Service was in place for me to get to and from work on time! The shuttle drivers were punctual, accommodating, and friendly.
  
  In the end, it required several trips in to get rid of the gremlins in my private purchase used Audi, but Scott was right there every step of the process. He provided quick communication and updates on what was happening and explained things in an easy to follow way. I’d breathe a sigh of relief and have peace of mind that my Audi was in good hands every time I walked in and saw Scott at his desk. Exceptional experience overall, recommend highly to any new and old Audi owners!
