(September 27, 2017, 2:19 pm)I know in the insurance industry they deal with a lot of negativity all the time and sometimes that results in not so great service from insurance agents or claim adjusters.
I just wanted to let everybody know that Tracy Gallant from the Cooperators claims office was. amazing to deal with and the claim process was super easy. She eben got the claim approved within a day.
I also want to thank Sandra Cullen, Tracey Agnew and the rest of the team at Agnew insurance. I know they probably don't hear that enough but they deserve the props!
Insurance is about more than price but they are still competitive. But the service is what you NEED when something goes wrong.
