  I went on the program and lost 28lbs. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and insightful. Always available to answer any questions I might have. They not only helped me lose weight, but helped changed my lifestyle as well. Thanks LiveLean!

  I have attend various weight loss clinics and found this to be a great program. I was educated beyond the program. I've lost the weight I was looking to loose, but not only that - wanted to move to healthier eating habits. I did the JC program over two years and spent quite alot of money on the foods, only to then leave and gain it all back - that's because one has to learn to make better food selections. I also found the online CM app a great asset to compliment this program and stay within the ranges on food selections and recording.

  I wanted to thank LivLean (Johanna) for your knowledge and support with helping me loose my weight and maintaining my healthy eating habits. I notice my weight hasn't changed since I saw you last, but I know I am getting smaller because I can fit into my jeans that I couldn't fit into just a couple weeks ago...YAY!! I know my eating habits has changed tremendously and I will keep it up as my body is feeling great and happy :)

  Had an absolutely wonderful experience doing this program. Down 20.8 pounds so far! Madalyn has been super supportive throughout this entire program! It definitely taught me a lot about what foods I should be eating and its definitely put me on the right track to losing my 37 pound goal!
