Tiffany did an amazing job and helped reassure me that many women experience this and I wasn’t alone. She showed me coping solutions and helped me understand where the feelings were coming from. I’ve been doing great ever since! Highly recommend going to see her postpartum even if you’re doing ok. It really helps to talk to someone who is also a mother as well as a knowledgeable professional.
