(December 16, 2019, 9:39 pm)As others have said, Adriana and Adriana are highly skilled instructors with particular skill with and sensitivity to injuries and illness, and the diverse needs of their clients. Both have training in other modalities and bring this awareness and skills to their teaching of Pilates. Their return to the Kensington area is great news, and the new location is easily accessible by transit and car.

Not only have they helped me recover from sports injuries and daily stresses but they have made me stronger and more aware of proper movement patterns. Great new location.

(December 4, 2019, 2:33 am)Adirection is amazing! The workouts are classical yet creative and Adriana makes sure you’re doing the exercises appropriately (I.e. adjusts u as needed) so that u don’t get injured. ❤️❤️❤️

(December 2, 2019, 8:33 pm)Adriano and Adriana provide a program that addresses your individual needs, strengths and weaknesses. They are very knowledgeable about human anatomy. The quality not the quantity of the exercise is stressed and the focus is on correct form when completing the moves. As a student you become part of the Adirection family. I highly recommend taking Pilates with Adirection.
