  Stayed here 10 nights... was home away from home.. cozy rooms.. decent buffet breakfast included if you join as Hyatt Member for free.. excellent guest services! Thx

  Hotel was well maintained, welcoming lobby, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds for a relaxing time.

  For the little time I spent in the room it was great beds were soft was a great stay

  Brand new hotel! Considering the price paid, this was a great hotel. The rooms were clean and modern. The desk staff was friendly and helpful (except for selling us beers - one couldn't seem to figure out the cash register), but they did help arrange transport from the airport to the hotel. The breakfast selection was quite decent with bacon, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, etc.

  Open for only 1 week now.
  I am here for two nights and since they just opened last week I guess I can expect some hick ups. Only 4 stars for now because of the little hick ups.
  I was given a room on the 5th floor. The bathroom van was extremely noisy even with the bathroom door closed. I called the front desk and got a different room. Bathroom fan ins still audible but not as bad.
  The fridge was not working which was addressed right away. Otherwise the rooms are comfortable. The showers are hot. And bed was a little firm for my taste but that's just me.
  Pool area was still out of service.
  
  I will try again during my next trip to Calgary.
