  Great customer service! All the workers there including room attendants will greet you and they looked happy working there. Really enjoyed our weekend stay here with family! Love how there's a kitchen and pool. Best part is the free breakfast!!
  Gave four stars because we waited about 45 minutes for our room to get ready even if we got there past the check in time. Also the hot tub was too hot than usual. I only stayed there for less than 5 minutes, but I already got dizzy. And this is coming from someone who bathes in really hot water.

  Super nice hotel. Nice staff and clean! Sound was great being close to the airport but could barely tell when they took off or landed.
  
  My only complaint to the location was breakfast being done so early (and not being told the hours at check-in) went down at 915 and they had half the stuff empty and put away due to it being done at 930. Either bump the hours later or at least ensure there is food right up until 930.

  We loved this hotel! It was so much nicer to stay in a small suite than to be in a room with two beds and not enough places to sit comfortably or eat food. We loved that we were seated in the breakfast room (that felt like someone's wonderful big kitchen) in such a way as to encourage conversation with our fellow travellers.
  We loved reading about the mid week socials that also encouraged a sense of relationship with other people.
  Best of all? The grocery list posted on the fridge! It really made it feel like home away from home.
  The staff were exceptionally friendly including the people making up rooms, the front desk and the breakfast staff.

  Nice clean friendly hotel. Ravi at check in was great! I've stayed here previously, and in my opinion, it's the only place to stay at while in Calgary. The breakfast is great and the social is a nice touch to have a snack. It's not meant as a meal, as some perceive. Lol

  My best experience staying at a hotel. The staff was really friendly and would even joke around with me. There were a few notable times when a staff member went above and beyond and I really appreciated how great they were with my kids and how they always acknowledge them and talked with them. We all felt welcome there. The rooms were also very clean and I had no problems. Great stay!
