Did my first Mode yoga class this Sunday and loved it! Beautiful studio, can’t wait to try the spin classes too! Total plus: heated underground parking ????
110% would recommend, the spin classes here are extremely lively and engaging, and the instructors are incredibly motivating! As someone who is new to spin and yoga I really appreciate how the instructors create an environment where you feel motivated to push yourself, but comfortable to adapt your workout to how you are feeling and your own personal limits.
Everyone is super friendly, and I would highly recommend giving MODE a go if you're someone who is intimidated by the idea of working out or trying a new kind of class as you'll have so much fun that you will want to keep coming back!

Such a fun place to go for a spin! The instructors are so friendly, motivating and fun! I'm not an avid yogi, bit also enjoyed the classes that I attended. Beautiful interior.
This was the most fun spin class I have ever gone to! I paid for a drop in and everyone was so friendly, the energy was great, the studio is amazing, and I (thankfully) didn't get any sales pitch at the end (which is what I dread most about doing drop ins). The workout class was so fun and really motivational! Will DEFINITELY be going back!
