  I have taken advantage of Execute Wellness services including massage therapy and personnel training for several years. This is a family run business that truly cares for the well-being of their clients. They provide a friendly, professional environment that is results driven. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their overall health!

  Kyle and I have been together for 3 years and it’s been an awesome journey. He’s seen me through some very low points in my life and helped me come out the other side stronger for the journey.
  
  He’s a fantastic sounding board as well as trainer and massage therapist. When we started together my back was a major issue in what I could do but with hard work from me and patience and guidance from him I’m stronger and more fit than I’ve ever been in my life.
  
  This past Christmas I gave Kyle a t-shirt that read “I’m a Personal Trainer - I fix problems you didn’t know you had”. That pretty much sums up our relationship.
  
  If you need someone to guide you and push both your physical and mental wellness then Kyle and Execute Wellness is the place for you.

  After being in a serious accident 2 years ago Kyle has gone above and beyond to work with me through all my injuries. He makes working out fun and challenging. I get frustrated with my limitations and Kyle is always a positive shoulder to cry on. Then we work together to find activities that work for me. Kyle is always positive and makes each session a fun experience. Even with my injuries I've lost 15 pounds and see so much more strength in my muscles.
  
  Before my accident I attended Kyle's boot camp classes and they were so much fun. You work your butt off and laugh the whole time. He draws an excellent and encouraging group of people to him which helps you enjoy yourself and feel comfortable.
  
  I also see Kyle as my massage therapist. He is again careful of my injuries and needs. I've seen a few therapists through my journey and Kyle has always been the best. He is careful to ensure I am comfortable and knows the limit of how far he can push my muscles to achieve the most pain relief.
  
  I would strongly recommend Execute Wellness to anyone looking for training, yoga, bootcamps or massage therapy.

  I have used Execute Wellness for both bootcamps and massage therapy. The bootcamps were not only affordable but a lot of fun and catered to every fitness level! After the birth of my forth baby my back and shoulder muscles were sore and very tight, I couldn't turn my neck... Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a deep tissue massage to help relieve the tension. I would will continue to use Kyle and Execute Wellness for all my personal training/massage therapy needs!

  Every encounter I have with execute wellness is a wonderful experience! They are able to make fitness fun! I have done boot camps which I never would have thought could be so much fun! I have also done workouts with Kyle, I have improved greatly with the help and encouragement I have received from him! I also do yoga classes with malissa which is a great way to relax after a stressful day, or to help start your day/week. I definitely recommend execute wellness for anyone looking to have a great fitness journey!
