  I love my doctor at Humana. She makes time for my family when needed. I have had some experiences with the other doctors when mine isn't available. However, it is just not the same as when we see our own family doctor. Every doctor is different, I just may have had a slightly unpleasant experience with one or two but honestly they still helped me in the past.
  I have been with this clinic for three years and it seems that it had changed its receptionists a few times. When I came in new , a few nurses were exceptionally nice, warm and weren't in a rush when they talk to you on the phone. This year though, there arenew faces at the front and they don't seem to be as warm as the previous ones . I was just on the phone trying to get an appointment and this one lady was just in haste to tell.me a date and.time and she was talking really fast. I know they are busy but I feel that they must listen carefully and be more accommodating at least. And use the words please or thank you for waiting , or not hang up very quickly.
  This clinic is a walk from my home, other than I like my own doctor, it would be nice to get their front desk feel more welcoming or have a better etiquette on the phone.

  The Doctors at Humana Medical clinic take there time with there patients and I never feel rushed out of my doctors appointment. They listen and go above and beyond for me. I know the wait time can be a bit longer then normal at times but when weighing the pros I leave my doctor understanding facts and not ever having to guess or trying to figure out what to do next. The Doctors care about there patients and always greet people nice. So just want to thank the people at Humana for that it means a lot.
