After 4 years, our neighbor complained that their siding were warped, at first we didn’t have an idea what has happened. I advised her to let Brookfield know about her concern.
The following week someone from Brookfield gave us a call that they will change our flat skylight with a concave skylight for free because the flat one was bouncing sunlight directly to my neighbors siding and that’s what was the reason for the damage.
Fast forward they replaced our existing skylight and fixed my neighbors siding for FREE beyond the one year warranty.
And i also asked if they can fix a part of my siding and they did without a question.
We're on our 6th year in our house and still as beautiful as the first day we bought it. We love Brookfield!!!
Brookfield is the best developer/builder for us!!!
Highly recommended for first time home buyers!
