First day of meeting him with our listing appointment and within the same day he prepared an informative video that really helped us in deciding about the details of our listing. He is excellent in what he does and he was attentive to every detail in regards to what we need to do. We were able to get what we wanted and more and are super pleased with results and timeline of the process. (March 29, 2022, 1:59 am)Jett is an excellent, responsive, timely and thorough realtor. He has the clients best interest at heart. We were buyers and he made sure we were not going to be ripped off. Given the low supply high demands market, Jett would ensure a viewing within 24 hours of request. We were able to buy a house in the time frame we wanted. Jett was happy to answer the many questions and confusions we had about the entire process: placing an offer, negotiating price, steps to secure financing. He even booked our house inspection for us and directed us to an affordable mortgage lawyer. We deeply appreciate all his help and hard work.

He video taped some of his assessments and offer explanations as I am divorced but selling a house I co-own with my ex. This let me hear the same information that my ex was getting so I could make an informed decision. Now I am going to buy another place with Jett’s help.
