  It's actually a decent, modern hotel. I had a king suite with a separate living area and a huge room with private balcony. I loved the location! Only thing was the location of the mini fridge that was stuck inside the closet and was difficult to open. Minor housekeeping concerns but they could be fixed if the housekeeping attendants took their time cleaning.

  Great afforfable hotel nestled alongside 16th Avenue, away from the worst traffic yet close enough to everything. Comfortable rooms. Secure area. Just a hop to the mountains. Stayed here twice, both times were great. Would happily chose this hotel again.

  Only went there for the spa and had some dinner and drinks after in the restraunt. I have to say, the staff at the spa is amazing and such nice people. They caterered to my every need and beyond, definitely check it out! The hotel lounge has nice staff and great food!

  We recently had our "all day" business forum at this hotel. This was our 5th time using this location. While the 1st visit was not great... the following visits were much better. Our most recent one was the best. The hotel staff was fast, friendly, and helpful. They allowed us access to the event space the day before for set up. The Banquet/Events Manager Veronica was amazing. She was so attentive and considerate. She kept checking in on us to ensure we were satisfied with the room, food, service, etc... she also executed on all requests quickly and thoughtfully. Ex. She moved the audio team quickly once she found out we were not happy with the original placement of their set up. Needless to say the event was a success. Thank you Sheraton Four Points!

  Great place to stay. My wife and I were traveling through on our way back from a day trip to Banff. I was able to get in and get a room at a reasonable rate. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
