(October 27, 2019, 3:32 am)I did the dbt skills group and it was life changing. I went from being in and out of hospital to just celebrating 6 months without any trips to the hospital! These skills gave me a new life. Jennifer had such an easy manner, was so generous with her time and was so passionate about the skills. when I first looked into this group it felt like a lot of time and money but I am so glad I did it. thank you so much jennifer
