  Lisa was truly fantastic to work with! She has a great personality and always had our best interest at heart. She was extremely helpful in helping us prepare our home to be listed. When it came to list she helped us stage and took amazing photos. Lisa was also willing to hold several open houses on the weekends. When it was time to buy Lisa was always available for us. She is extremely knowledgable and was able to identify items in the house that helped us get a purchase price we were more than comfortable with. I would recommend Lisa to anyone and will definitely use her in the future.

  I can't thank Michael enough for all the hard work, dedication and the time he spent in selling my home and helping me find my new home. With both selling and purchasing, Michael was flexible with my schedule, extremely patient, super responsive and most of all went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me buy/sell!! I most definitely would suggest him to anyone we know who is selling or wanting to purchase or sell a home; he’s an expert in his field and I was lucky to have him as a Realtor!

  My wife and I just recently retired and were preparing to move to Calgary. We had very specific requirements: a smaller house with an oversized double garage (not always an easy find), preferably in the NW. As we were from out of town, we hoped to have an offer accepted within a week. Michael Ferianec and Frances Dares worked very hard everyday and the objective was achieved after we saw just about everything on the market that could potentially met our needs! Micheal also communicated with our lawyer very effectively and provided relevant information and judicious opinions about the whole moving experience to Calgary. Having previously bought and sold three houses, my wife and I can unequivocally say this was definitely our best house acquisition experience. Urban Upgrade Inc. knows how to take care of business and we will rely on them to sell our current house when the time comes.

  Francis and the team were extremely professional and helpful through the entire process of looking for and buying a home. With the use of electronic documents to complete contracts and paperwork the process with quick and smooth. She was able to answer all of our questions and offered insight about things to consider when looking at homes. This was the second time we used Francis and the team (the first was selling a condo a few years ago). It was overall a great experience and we highly recommend Francis and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
