  Cody helped us purchase our first house recently. He was amazingly thorough and patient - taking us to a number of listings to hone and establish our preferred tastes, negotiating an attractive deal for us, and checking in on us to ensure all seller contractual obligations were fulfilled. I would recommend him to anyone in the market to buy. We are now living in a home that we love and we have Cody in large part to thank for it!

  I would highly recommend Cody to anyone looking to buy a home. As a first-time homebuyer, he was very thorough in his explanation of the purchasing process and any risks involved. He kept me in the loop without bombarding me with calls, and got the job done. He exceeded my expectations and got me a better price than I was anticipating.

  I had the BEST experience ever from a Realtor - Cody Battershill. He was very professional and upfront from the start. I had to sell my home while I was in Europe and he handled everything from start to finish. His team generated a professional marketing package for my home and placed it on the market in less than 4 days. He generated an extensive amount of showings and communicated with me via text constantly. He did everything possible to make the sale - even taking a personal financial loss to make me (the client) happy. My home sold within a month and he took care of everything.   Cody and Jordan are high caliber professionals. I worked with Cody over 7 years ago to look for my first condo, and Cody took the time to show me multiple places and made sure to help educate me as a first-time buyer on the ins and outs of the market, making an offer, and closing the deal. Cody has a low-pressure approach, and took the time necessary (over 30 showings, in my case) to make sure I found the perfect place. I felt comfortable the whole time, and emerged from the experience a much more educated buyer. This past summer, I worked with Cody to find a beautiful new home, and again, Cody delivered.
  
  I listed the Condo with Cody and Jordan, and again, was highly impressed with their work. They worked with me to recommend minor improvements to help my place show better, and then in developing a sales strategy (and price point) that I was fully on-board with. I ended up selling my condo not only for a great price above my bottom-line goal but also in an astounding time (in a soft condo market) of only 5 days!!
