Having recently had a bad fall, I was happy to discover Sifu Peggy and her school of Tai Chi. After only 3 months I am experiencing a marked improvement in my balance and memory. I look forward to working on my strength and energy. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, Sifu Peggy.
