  They got me in as soon as possible for an urgent appointment and were great with my toddler who kept asking questions about mommy’s eye. Very patient and professional, I’d recommend them to anyone!

  Super great experience. The front end staff were very helpful getting my insurance worked out for the eye exam. They even took the time to show me a discount program they have and how it could save me some money on all sorts of products.
  The optometrist, Dr. Ryan Hogan, was great. Very friendly and engaging. Easy going and made the visit very calm and casual. Explained things clearly and answered all of my questions.
  
  I'm planning on bringing my kids back here for eye exams because I think Dr. Hogan was so great.

  I have always had an amazing experience at Iris Sherwood Park. Dr. Hudson is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is always on time and the staff is always helpful.

  I had purchased a pair of rather expensive eye-glasses from this location over three Years ago, and in the last Year, one of the arms separated from the frame. The frames were useable, however were bound to break complete soon.
  
  I had asked a while back if they were repairable, however one of the staff stated probably not, so I should just get an exam and new frames.
  
  I initially was not impressed with this response, as at the time the frames were only two Years old, and were rather costly($300-400).
  
  I contacted the company that produce the frames, and they sent me on a wild goose chase to find a replacement part, however they eventually contacted IRIS to see if they could help.
  
  In short, after almost a Year, they were able to get the correct replacement arm, and my frames are fixed :)
  
  However please be aware, that most eye-frame companies only produce certain frames with parts readily available for two Years, where as a few frameless glasses are able to be repaired with available parts for several Years after production of the frames...

  Dr Wong is fantastic. Very thorough . The staff are all really knowledgable and they have a great selection of frames for everyone!
  Highly recommend!
