  I was in the store on Saturday, January 5th to buy some cosmetics. I was helped by Marie in the cosmetics department, who was the sweetest. She also went above and beyond, when she came racing out of the store after me, because she forgot to give me a free product. Made my day. This lady is amazing.

  Bought a DJI Mobile 2 and it turned out to be a lemon. The Department manager, Chris, took care of the refund after DJI refused to honor a full refund as their policy only covers within 7 days. Chris went out of his way to take care of the refund matter for me. However, I would suggest London Drugs make it clear to customers that the manufacture's warranty may differ from those backed by London Drugs.

  I work there over a year and a half and I absolutely loved how the staff treated me. Great environment to work at staff are very friendly and are always sweet and kind to to me. Sadly I had to leave to try work elsewhere but I would totally come back if I had to in the near future.

  I came in looking for a couple of screws but came out with half the lumber section and a toilet. The staff was very persuasive (specifically Darrell) and I am impressed. I am now the proud creator of a tree fort fully equipped with a flushing toilet even though I do not have children. Best trip to Home Hardware EVER.
