We bought a new 5th wheel 1.5 years ago and during a recent RV trip we had a fairly major issue arise with one of the slide mechanisms. Schwab's RV service department bent over backwards to solve this issue for us. They were always courteous, respectful, replied promptly and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. Kudos also to Keystone RV as they stood behind their product and more. No RV is defect free but it is great when a company will honour their products and respect their customers. We cannot say enough good about these companies as we are very pleased with the cost and the quality of the repair job! If you are looking for an RV dealer in the Edmonton area and a reputable manufacturer, Schwab's is definitely top of the list. Happy campers, Lee and ED. -

The repair on the bedroom slide is top notch(well done!!!) and came in within the quote provided to me. You guys are great and I won't even bother going elsewhere for quotes...highly recommended, and for those reading, please don't hesitate to use Schwab's for all your needs!!
