  I recently bought an SUV from the gang over at car west. Left the lot and it had a battery issue. 25 below of course Nick and Sam made sure it was looked after. They are a pretty stand up bunch, it's really refreshing that their biggest concern is customer satisfaction!

  Nick and his team treated us so well like no other dealership. They went beyond and above Nick and his team treated us so well like no other dealership. They went beyond and above all expectations we ever had. They never pressured us into making a purchase they always informed us of our options, made us feel so comfortable. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to any and all family and friends.

  These people can't be beat. Talk about exceeding your expectations!! Most of my dealings were with Nick, but also had the pleasure of talking with Daniel and Sam. Everything about the vehicle had to be just right for them to be happy. When I couldn't come to pick it up for a few days they delivered it. Wow. They even followed up a few times after the deal was done to be sure everything was perfect. Car West will be the first place that I look for any future vehicles and they will be the first dealer that I will recommend.

  Very first experience with a dealership and it was great. From start to finish everyone I encountered was great. They take pride in knowing the customer is happy and I felt well taken care of and appreciated. Sam's larger than life personality is a breath of fresh air. He made sure I got the colour vehicle I wanted even though it wasn't on the lot during my visit! Nick and Daniel were friendly and professional and were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Car West!

  The friendliest most helpful experience we have ever had when shopping for a vehicle. Informed them of what we were looking for and they had it there for us the next day. Extremely easy to sit down with for financing. Wanted winter tires for the new ride and they helped us out with that too. Even did a follow up call to ensure we were happy with our purchase . Would highly recommend to anyone looking!
