Ethan recently helped me buy a home in Edmonton, Alberta. I am a first time home buyer with not very much knowledge about purchasing real estate. Ethan was very insightful, helpful and honest about the whole process and helped me with all the steps to finding my first home. Getting ahold of Ethan was never a problem. He was willing to meet with days notice, and was always receptive to setting up viewings that worked around my schedule, or just getting together/having a phone conversation to answer any questions I had. He was also able to set me up with a mortgage broker, and recommend an inspector and lawyer making the process that much easier and less stressful. While looking at houses he was very educated on different construction of homes (sewage systems, weeping tile, wiring, furnaces, you name it).
