I have worked closely with Brad Richardson for several years now in a business networking group called BNI. Over the time I have known Brad he has always gone over and above in all cases to help and support others. It is clear to me that Brad loves to work with people and help them find the best solutions to their problems.

I have also had the opportunity to pass Brad several referrals of friends and business associates who are looking to buy or sell their home and every time the report I get is that Brad treated them with great care and attention. I would highly recommend sitting down with Brad if you have any interest in buying or selling a home, I know I will when the time comes that I am ready to move.

I was interested in a listing I saw online, and it was Saturday evening. I contacted Brad (best realtor in Edmonton) Richardson, who made arrangements to go view the property the next morning. Before letting me offer on it, he also suggested we look at other properties in the same area and price range so I’d have some comparison. This was really good advice, and after checking out a couple more places over the next week or so I made a reduced offer on the original one which was eventually accepted. The purchase process was super efficient, and I got contacted by the support team immediately. Brad and the team at EdmontonHQ are extremely efficient and well organized. And maybe it’s because it’s the most recent thing, but I have to say the move in gift was by far my favorite thing. Knowing I was doing some renovations, Brad gave me a bucket full of stuff that really hit the mark for working around the condo. Super useful and appreciated! Thank you for your help and efficient, effective processes. I would recommend Brad to anyone who appreciates good systems for buying or selling real estate.
