(May 9, 2022, 5:00 am)I've tried many gyms and F45 Westmount is hands down the best studio I've ever been to! This F45 has a super fun and supportive workout environment every time I visit. The owners and trainers are so friendly, welcoming and motivating to all fitness levels. The classes are high energy and fun, making it easy for me to come almost everyday and I've been coming for almost a year now. The workouts are also different everyday so I never get bored!
I highly recommend you to try this studio! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
