I highly recommend Pantheon Barbell to new and experienced lifters alike. Nick and Hannah are excellent coaches that have helped me meet my weightlifting goals with programming and support that has kept me balanced and injury free. Weightlifting is technical and hard to pick up without a coach, so if you are looking to get into it I couldn’t think of a better way. Also, the group is diverse in skill set and age; it really is for anyone.

Really great coaches that has helped me progress in weightlifting.I was getting faster results than trying to learn it on my own! The club times are super convenient and a welcoming community atmosphere!

You won't find a more supportive team or coaches than Pantheon Barbell! Hannah is my rock and is the most fantastic inspiration. I'm so happy to have met so many amazing lifelong friends at Pantheon. Being apart of this team has changed my life in so many ways. I am so much stronger, and I have such a passion for weightlifting now. I love competing with both Hannah and Nick by my side I know I'm getting the very best coaching from them. They are precises but still let you grow and push you to be your very best. I could go on and on with how much I love Pantheon I'm so lucky to have this team in my corner. When I started the barbell alone I was insanely heavy, I could barely lift it over my head, I knew nothing about lifting proper weights or strength training with a barbell. Now 3 years later and after 1 competition under my belt I'm lifting over a hundred pounds over my head. If you're looking to just start weightlifting or take it to the next level, improve your strength, start competing join Hannah and Nick at Pantheon Barbell! We will all welcome you with open arms!

I wasn't intending on having a lifting coach when I met Hannah but after our first session together I was hooked. I went from hating the gym to waking up at 5am to go happily. Three years later and I'm incredibly thankful I said yes to the initial session. Hannah is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and without I'm sure I wouldn't have made the progress I have. She's literally on my list of reasons why I don't want to move to another city.

I've spent a several years lifting with Hannah and Nick and couldn't be more satisfied. The excellent instruction has helped me overcome a long list of barriers and weaknesses. Without their help, I wouldn't have made so much progress. The club times are convenient, the programming is superb, and most importantly I've had a lot of fun. Highly recommend!
