Reasonable price and great service. I got all my blinds installed 3 years back. The prices were very reasonable with fairly good quality for material and workmanship. I referred few family & friends after first installation. However didn’t bother writing a review. A recent amazing experience, which inspired to write a review. One of blind’s holder got broken. I called to get it fixed. As my 1 year warranty was expired, technically I was expected to pay. They offered to bring the blind to their shop to get fixed. I wasn’t confident on how to take out whole part to take to shop. Didn’t want to damage it further so explained my situation. They finally offered their installer to visit my home and get it fixed. They didn’t charge for the visit. It took me few calls and texts to sort out whole matter, but it was all worth at the end. They support customers within their best abilities.

Novo Blinds is amazing. Great service and an absolutely affordable price. We did the in home consultation, with being on an acreage 30 minutes from the city not many people wanted to come out this way. Budget Blinds quote was 5 times the quote we received from Novo. We couldn't be happier and the quality of the product is phenomenal.
