Ultimate Renovations

Ultimate re-sided our house, replaced our brick-work in the front of the house with stone, and a back door. Overall a great group to work with. We had Steve W. do the siding and he did an excellent job notwithstanding having to contend with us also having some landscape work done at the same time, and trying to get everything done before our daughter's wedding. This did not happen (the weather got in the way) however the company was very accommodating about helping us work around this. I would use this company for any future renovation, they are honest, don't try and up-sell you, will give you a straight answer on what you need to do (or not), and what things will look like (even if it means telling you that your idea may not be the best way to approach things).

We just had our house re-sided , with stone added to the front of the garage and new soffits and gutters and Ultimates homes & renovations did a absuloltily great job. Steve did an awesome job on the siding and Mark helped us out with picking the colors of the siding and stone and the finished product looks great. Top notch company and workmanship

Over the last decade, Ultimate has been our renovator of choice for a new roof, new siding (both of which were to replace inferior work done by other companies), new doors, new triple glazed windows (locally made), new flooring, new interior paint, and new baseboards. We have always appreciated Marc’s input and his honest, get-to-the-point attitude. We have noted that, with Ultimate, the service does not stop when the work is finished. Marc has noticed a few minor details years later and has had them fixed quickly with no fuss or questions asked. He and his staff display a customer-first focus.

We have had several projects done by the Ultimate team, the most recent completed in August 2019. Marc was most helpful in suggesting a fix for our renovation. We changed our mind a few times and Marc was open to our changes. Jean, the carpenter, did a great job in installing the wood accent pieces. Dave, who did the rest of the work was just fantastic. His attention to detail was just over the top. He completed the job as he would want a job done for him. He has many years of experience and it was very evident. Would we hire Ultimate Renovations Edmonton again? Yes indeed I would! A relative had work done by Ultimate last year and they agree they would use this company again. Thanks Ultimate Team!
