  My husband and I had the immense pleasure of working with Dave Schmitz and the Paul Blais Group in our recent move back to Edmonton from BC. As out-of-province clients, we weren’t the easiest to take on, but Dave proved to be extremely patient and accommodating, receptive to our needs, professional, knowledgeable, prompt with all forms of communication, and so personable and charismatic. He even chased after our toddler while we were viewing potential homes. After the sale was complete, Dave left incredibly thoughtful gifts at our new home, and went even further above and beyond by sending us flowers after the birth of our new baby. Even though we couldn’t be happier in our new home, we joke that we’re going to have to move again just so we can continue to see Dave :)
  
  We could not provide a high enough recommendation for Dave and the other associates (Syl and Paul) we worked with during our dealings with the Paul Blais Group – if Google let me, I would give these guys 10 stars!

  We purchased our home in Edmonton with Marc Blais. My husband was stressed out and a little difficult and Marc stepped up to the plate and delivered amazing service . He was attentive to our every whim , answering all our questions and concerns, always available to talk on the phone and answering texts/emails promptly . He went above and beyond to make our home purchase enjoyable and fun . He is personable and funny with a high level of professionalism . We highly recommend.

  My family and I have been working with Dave Schmidt of Paul Blais Realty Group for a number of years and on numerous homes we have either bought or sold. Most recently, Dave helped us sell our Father's home and was helpful and caring through the whole process. It was not an easy process for anyone, however he did wonderful on having it sold in a very short time frame. The sale of the home ended up in tears of happiness for everyone! As well, my boyfriend and I had been on the hunt for a new home and Dave walked us through every step of the way. Dave knew what we would want in a home and did not try to up-sell or badger us on anything, he is kind, caring and treats us like friends rather than as clients. We love working with him and will continue to work with him over the next few years if we have a chance to! Definitely recommend Paul Blais Realty, especially Dave Schmidt!

  We worked with the Paul Blais Realty Group to sell our home and purchase a new house. Everyone worked great as a team to ensure we were taken care of throughout the process. Our realtor is Sylvain and he has been absolutely wonderful. He has had our best interest in mind since the first day that we've met. He is honest, detail oriented, approachable and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. Thank you so much Sylvain and the rest of the Paul Blais Realty team!!
