  Dave and Maria are an excellent team to work with. They are so understanding and make the entire process as seamless as possible. I really loved the online collaboration they set up for us online to help us find homes that fit our criteria. It was very easy to use and made the process alot easier. They always made us feel important and they were always so honest and transparent about the homes we saw to ensure we were making the best possible decision for our family. I would use them time and time again to buy and sell. If you are looking for a team that truly has your best interest at heart and makes you feel like family, I suggest you use them! Added bonus they Are huge animal lovers and do alot for the local animal rescue community!

  Dave and Maria are the best. This was our first time buying a home and they made it very easy. I loved the collaboration site they built us to match all the listings within our criteria. Once we found the perfect home they negotiated us the lowest possible price and helped me plan a marriage proposal on the day of possession. We couldn't have found the perfect first home without them and I couldn't have put together the perfect marriage proposal without them. They went above and beyond! We 100% recommend Dave and Maria to anyone in the market to buy and/or sell a property.

  Dave and Maria are your realty dream team. After a disappointing experience with a different realtor, we reached out to them to help us find our "furever" home. They were thorough, professional, knowledgeable and fun. They *care* about what you are spending your money on and want to make sure you're 100% comfortable every step of the way. We never felt out of the loop and were never texting them to remind them of anything; they were on top of it all and guiding us through every step. Dave and Maria won't let you down and we're so glad we chose them to help us find our perfect home!

  Dave and Maria are warriors! Amid a very difficult real estate market, especially the condo market, they did not give up. This couple makes a great team, it is like having 2 agents in one. They each possess individual talents and know when to use them effectively. I knew immediately upon meeting them at my condo they were professionals and I was ready to move forward. Within in only a few days, a professional photographer was booked, accurate measurements taken and a stunning brochure created, allowing the best angles and pictures to represent my property, building and surrounding. I was able to provide input into the details of the write up, and in short order it was on the market. Being a rookie seller, I had many questions and Maria answered them with patience, encouraging communication until the very end. I appreciated and relied on their knowledge of the business. Dave and Maria empathized with the lengthly process but remained positive and connected for the duration. Suggestions and feedback were provided regularly. I would refer others to this team!!

  Dave and Maria made a great team assisting us in selling our home. They were professional and friendly and made the process painless and efficient. Dave was very knowledgeable on the housing market, and did quality research for our neighborhood and home. He sold our house in under a week, close to asking price. They paid attention to our needs and gave us very personalized service. Maria was helpful taking us to see homes we were interested in and we found a great fit. They were both very punctual for all of our appointments. We look forward to working with them again! Thanks!
