  A had a part of our bachelorette evening here and it was awesome! The instructor lead all of us (we had little to no experience) through a great session and we had a lot of fun!

  I initially decided to try Aradia out because I really don't enjoy the atmosphere of the gym but was beginning to feel pretty poorly about how little fitness I was incorporating into my life. When I went to my first class, I was surprised to see how similar we all were in level, considering our varying degrees of fitness. The environment here is amazing; very body positive. Everyone is so encouraging that it's thankfully infectious. I didn't start coming here with the intention of making friends but now I couldn't imagine my life without many of the other students and instructors. Having the opportunity to build your strength, flexibility, and confidence in a place where you don't feel like you're working out and are surrounded by such a supportive group of people is a blessing. If you're curious about trying out any of their classes, don't hold yourself back. You'll thank yourself later!
