(June 8, 2020, 3:05 am)The clinic has a very friendly environment. The staff are exceptionally trained and professional. My Physiotherapist is Alan Lam, whose dedication I admire. His knowledge and skill succeeded my expectations. He treats his patients from the heart, he makes sure we get the best out of the PT sessions and he finds joy and fulfillment in making his patients get well. He is passionate in what he does as a Physical Therapist. I am lucky I am under his care.

(June 4, 2020, 4:59 am)A week ago doctors were sure my ankle was broken due to the intense swelling and extensive bruising. I was cleared by x-ray two days ago and saw Mike yesterday. Yesterday I woke up in a ton of pain. Mike massaged my foot in such a way that he released all the tension in my muscles. Today for the first time in a couple weeks I got to wear flip flops and spend the day on my feet running up and down the stairs with no pain at all. I highly recommend renew for physiotherapy. I will be letting my office (of GPs who work in the area) to recommend renew to their patients. By far the best experience I've had in the West end. 10/10 will recommend! Thank you to the team I look forward to keep working with you!

Over the past month of working with Eliza I have noticed an incredible difference in my core strength and posture. As someone who suffers from chronic pain due to a back injury, Eliza has customized a plan that is suited best for me. I highly HIGHLY recommend Eliza to anyone whom is seeking a well knowledgeable physiotherapist. Thank you so much for absolutely everything Eliza!!

Eliza has been great to work with as she's very thorough with her treatment; she takes the time to understand my concerns. She is very patient and goes over our exercises together as well. Eliza is very professional and always ensures I'm comfortable with the treatment! I highly recommend seeing her for physio needs!
